Karate Tots
(Age 3)
Our Karate Tots class is specially designed for 3-year-olds. We focus on fun, listening, and learning to follow instructions, all while developing basic martial arts movements to build balance, coordination, and confidence.
Little Leaders
(Ages 4–5)
The Little Leaders programme is for 4 and 5-year-olds who are ready for the next step. Kids learn focus, teamwork, and beginner martial arts skills in a fun and structured environment that prepares them for school and life.
Family Martial Arts (Age 6+)
Our Family Class is for children aged 6 and above, parents, and even grandparents!
We line students up from shortest to tallest, so every child trains next to someone their own size—creating a safe, supportive learning environment where the whole family can grow together.
Adults Only
Martial Arts
Our Adult Martial Arts class is just for grown-ups. Whether you’re looking to get fit, learn self-defense, or improve your mindset, this class is the perfect mix of fitness, stress relief, and personal development.
