Let me say that clearly.

I am a proud 114.4kg man.
Not because that’s where I want to stay…
But because this is where I am
And that matters.
I’m not looking backwards thinking:
“I’ve let myself go”
“I should be better than this”
That thinking doesn’t help anyone.
The past is done. You can’t change it.
No one is to blame, it is what it is.
So why live there?
