I need to see my mum more — and I’ve got a plan for that.

I love life, and I appreciate every morning I wake up.

Back in my fighting days:

👉 Under 78kg

That’s over 30kg difference.

But here’s the most important part…

Let me say that clearly.

👉 Where you are right now is perfect.

I am a proud 114.4kg man.

Not because that’s where I want to stay…

👉 But because this is where I am

And that matters.

I’m not looking backwards thinking:

❌ “I’ve let myself go”
❌ “I should be better than this”

That thinking doesn’t help anyone.

👉 The past is done. You can’t change it.

No one is to blame, it is what it is.
